About Adult Literacy and ESL

Pikes Peak Library District’s Adult Literacy and ESL program offers free tutoring and English language learning for adults. Using trained volunteers, the program provides a friendly and helpful environment for people who are just learning English, as well as native English speakers who need to improve their reading, writing, and comprehension skills. Participants can choose from a variety of programs in which they can practice reading and speaking with a group, or get individual guidance from a tutor, and more.

All programs and training for tutors is free and provided by the Library District.
