You will also learn how to have the items sent to a convenient location for pickup.

The following questions will be answered:

  • How do I access the Catalog using my home or work computer, and do I need to log on?
  • How do I find a book by title and/or author?
  • If the book is currently on the shelves, how do I know where?
  • Should I limit my searching by library branch?
  • How do I request a copy of the book be sent to the library closest to me?
  • How do I search for a variety of items on a general or specific subject?
  • What details are available to me in the Catalog record for an item?
  • How can I search for types of items like DVDs and CD music?
