Excel II

In this class you will learn more complex formatting, charts, formulas, and sorting of an Excel worksheet
Prerequisites: Completion of Excel I

Photoshop Elements Part 1 and 2

When: Friday, May 24, 2013 - 8:30 AM

Learn the basics of Photoshop Elements in this two part class.
Class will be strictly limited to 6 participants, due to number of Photoshop Elements licenses available in computer lab. Registrants must sign up for both the April 12th and April 19th classes.

The law librarian will show you where to find health information, file a complaint against a business, find legal forms, apply for social security benefits and unemployment insurance, renew licenses, get Medicare and Medicaid information, contact your legislators and more.

Learn how to research starting or growing a business or how to find a job in Minding Your Business seminar from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at Penrose Library, 20 N. Cascade Ave. This class covers print sources, electronic databases and websites to help find information on industry, competition, vendors, financials, mailing lists, and more.

Photoshop Elements Part 1 and 2

Learn the basics of Photoshop Elements in this two part class.
Class will be strictly limited to 6 participants, due to number of Photoshop Elements licenses available in computer lab. Registrants must sign up for both the June 5th and June 12th classes. The first session will cover the "Organizer" within Elements while the second session will deal primarily with the "Guided Photo Edit" feature within Elements.

Job Search Drop-In Class

Come by with your job-hunt questions. A librarian will show you resources for creating resumes and cover letters, researching industries etc. No registration required, but you must arrive by 2:15. If no students arrive between 2-2:15, class will be canceled.
