Learn the fundamentals of Qigong Tai Chi in this free, hour long class. Students will learn the basics of posture, strength, relaxation, movement and breathing. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear.

Do you need a computer tutor? Sign up for a 1-on-1 class session. Topics for this time include Internet Basics, Email, Social Media, Digital Photography, Windows Basics, and MacBook/iOS help. A reservation MUST be made and the topic approved in advance.

Word I Class

When: Saturday, September 05, 2015 - 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Where: Penrose Library - 20 North Cascade at Penrose Computer Lab

In this class you will become familiar with basic word processing skills necessary to create and save word documents by learning to read the Microsoft Word screen and entering and manipulating basic text.
Prerequisites: Completion of (55+) Computer Basics and experience using a mouse and keyboard

Ham Radio Technician Course~ MEREO
Purpose/description: This class is MEREO's Largest and longest class. Taking 3 Saturdays, Instructors will walk the participants through the entire question pool for the Technician Class Test. This class not only studies the questions given on the FCC Technician Test, but has a more hands on learning style. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER AT www.mereowx.org.

Mobile Camera 101

This class will cover the basics of using your smart device camera, the different modes and setting that can be useful, different ways to share those photos and some super helpful apps. Please bring your device and USB cable, if possible. Registration required.
