1-on-1 Computer Session

Don’t see a computer class offering what you need? Sign up for a 1-on-1 session! Topics can include: Mouse Basics; Computer/Windows Basics; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher); Internet Basics and Email; Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Prezi, and Craigslist; Ereaders; and transferring digital photographs to a computer. A reservation must be made and the topic approved in advance. Sessions are 45 minutes long. Contact Cheyenne Mountain Library to set up an appointment: 633-6278.

Word I - 2013 Edition

Class Description: Word I: Become familiar with basic word processing skills necessary to create and save word documents by learning to read the Microsoft Word screen and entering and manipulating basic text.

Minding Your Business

Laptop Lab

Library laptops are available for use in our downstairs meeting room. Library staff will be on hand either to assist with personal projects (class work, to job skills to Microsoft Office products, Facebook, Craigslist and more) or we can provide practice materials on computer basics. Audio Q & A with Paul McWhirter

Join us in the Center for Public Media Studio from 6 to 8 p.m. for a patron-driven Q & A session with Air Force Academy Audio Engineer Paul McWhirter. If you have a specific question regarding ProTools, interfaces, recording, mixing, microphone placement, live sound or sound analysis, then this is the session for you. It is also a great class to sit in on to develop a wider understanding of audio concepts and problems that may arise during audio production.

Specific audio questions and topics that you would like to see addressed in this class can be entered at the time of registration in the "Notes" field below. You will also have a chance to query questions and topics via email prior to the event.

Patrons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent.

Excel II- 2013 Edition

Peak Film Forum Community Meeting
