Hi there. There are two ways to return your books in OverDrive. You can either login to your account in OverDrive and click the 'Return' button by the title, or wait for the due date to arrive, at which time the title will be automatically returned for you.

Overdrive Skipping chapters

I have downloaded overdrive onto my laptop windows computer, and successfully downloaded a book for eAudio. My problem is that the software skips chapters of the book. It also stops in the middle of a chapter to proceed to the next, without finishing the previous one first. Please help me.

Like the previous commenter, I am also getting that same display on my iPhone with OneClickdigital and can't be found regardless of the information I enter. It would be most helpful if someone who knows about the activation of this application would respond to this problem; it appears it is being experienced by multiple users. Thank you.

I think I figured out the problem. You have to have an existing account to use the App. This means you need to go to OneClickdigital and create a user account. Once you do this you should be able to log in via the app. I hope this helps. If not, please let me know.

One-Click Digital

I have downloaded this onto both my iPhone and my iPad. It doesn't matter where I am. I get a screen that asks me to "Select your user profile" and enter a password. No matter what I enter, I get an error message that reads, "Your username is incorrect or you are not affiliated with any libraries." What am I missing here?

I found that I was unable to access one click digital media on anything except my home computer. After loading it there, I was able to upload onto my mobile devices.
