Downloaded OneClick on my iphone4S, then setup a user ID and P/W on their site. When I try to login on my iphone, the message I receive is "Your username is incorrect or you not are not affiliated with any Libraries"

overdrive

So I downloaded overdrive onto my phone, got the ppld app for my phone, attempted to download an audio book I checked out and got this error msg

"this version of overdrive media console does not support WMA audiobook titles"

I have a samsung galaxy S2 and i downloaded the app from the google play store directly from my phone. Did I do something wrong?

I just wanted to say a huge thank you and keep up the awesome job! Hi there. There are two ways to return your books in OverDrive. You can either login to your account in OverDrive and click the 'Return' button by the title, or wait for the due date to arrive, at which time the title will be automatically returned for you.

Overdrive Skipping chapters

I have downloaded overdrive onto my laptop windows computer, and successfully downloaded a book for eAudio. My problem is that the software skips chapters of the book. It also stops in the middle of a chapter to proceed to the next, without finishing the previous one first. Please help me.

Being found

Like the previous commenter, I am also getting that same display on my iPhone with OneClickdigital and can't be found regardless of the information I enter. It would be most helpful if someone who knows about the activation of this application would respond to this problem; it appears it is being experienced by multiple users. Thank you.

I think I figured out the problem. You have to have an existing account to use the App. This means you need to go to OneClickdigital and create a user account. Once you do this you should be able to log in via the app. I hope this helps. If not, please let me know.

One-Click Digital

I have downloaded this onto both my iPhone and my iPad. It doesn't matter where I am. I get a screen that asks me to "Select your user profile" and enter a password. No matter what I enter, I get an error message that reads, "Your username is incorrect or you are not affiliated with any libraries." What am I missing here?

I am having the same issue

No matter where I try to log in, it won't let me. I was listening to an audiobook yesterday on the app on my iPhone. I went to log into the site on my personal computer today and it won't let me. I tried to log on via my iPhone and even though I had clicked the "remember me" button, it said my username was invalid. When I ask to reset my password from the OneClickDigital site, it says "user not found" but when I try to create an account with my email (which I KNOW is associated with my OneClickDigital account), it says it can't because a user with that email already exists. But then when I try to go back and have it send me an email to reset my password, it won't let me because no user with that email exists! You can see my frustration. I only have some much time to listen to the book, and not being able to log on and listen is frustrating. PLEASE HELP!

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with the website, I can definitely see how frustrating this is for you. Unfortunately, PPLD doesn't have the ability to access your account to see what is happening, so I would recommend contacting OneClickDigital directly.

You can call OneClickDigital at 1-877-77AUDIO or email customer support at support@oneclickdigital.com, and they will help you resolve the issue with your account.
