Friends of the Pikes Peak Library District - Bookstores

Bookstores are mainly stocked with used book donations and staffed by volunteers. Friends Members receive a 20% discount on most books.

Book Donations

Donations should be in boxes weighing 30 pounds or less and can be delivered to any Library location.

Bookstore Hours of Operation

East Library and Penrose Library (staffed locations, hours dependent on volunteer availability):

Monday - Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Unstaffed bookstores at other PPLD Libraries operate on each location's hours.

Community Library bookstores may have different price structures.

New book and very good used books, collectible books and rare books are available for purchase at the East Library Bookstore.
Better Books are priced according to value.
