Local author, Tom Stella, wrote "Finding God Beyond Religion: A Guide for Skeptics, Agnostics & Unorthodox Believers Inside & Outside the Church". For many people, the interpretation of religious truths they learned in their youth no longer makes sense to their mind or heart. Like clothes that no longer fit, we can outgrow teachings that were once comfortable. This presentation/discussion will focus on new ways to understand aspects of religion(God, Prayer, Faith, Morality, and more), that are central to being a mature spiritual person.
