Children ages three and up, with a favorite adult, experience stories through books, flannelboards, puppets, songs and activities. This program encourages emerging reading skills by engaging children with shapes, sounds, rhythm and rhyme in a playful environment. Stay after for a special make and take craft!

One and two-year-old children, with a favorite adult, participate in nursery rhymes, music and movement, and listen to a few short books. Toddler Time builds on familiar experiences to introduce new vocabulary and word sounds in a lively atmosphere. And did you know that block play also increases a child's language development? Stay and play with us after Toddler Time or drop in to build, balance, stack and crash with a variety of different blocks and other educational toys!

After School Adventures

For ages 5-10. Join us after school for fun, crafts, games and activities! Remember, for their safety, children ages 11 and under must bring an adult or responsible caregiver who is at least 12 years old with them to the library.

PJ Movie Night: Hotel Transylvania 2

This program will run as an 11-week series from Feb. 22-May 2 and is provided in partnership with the Dept. of Human Services. Registration required. Register from our online calendar or call us at 719-382-5347. Geared towards ages 2-5 with a favorite adult but younger and older children are welcome. Please register each child who will be attending and note any food allergy concerns.
