Homeschool Lunch Bunch "Read It Before You See It" Book Club

When: Tuesday, October 21, 2014 - 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Where: Fountain Library - 230 S. Main Street at Fountain Meeting Room

Homeschool families bring a sack lunch to enjoy. We'll focus on different book each month, with a brief discussion followed by the movie adaptation. All books chosen will have G or PG movie ratings. We encourage you to read the book together as a family before the program. Books for the upcoming month will be available at each program for checkout. October's book is "Peter Pan" by J. M. Barrie. The movie, "Peter Pan," is 113 minutes and rated PG.

Teen Gaming Day!

Teen Gaming Day¬Ö.Join us for teen gaming day at the Fountain Library.
Various games will be available to play, including games for Wii, Xbox 360 Kincet, and laptops all games are rated teen and below. We even have low tech games to play.

ETC Movie Night - Corpse Bride

Come enjoy a free movie in the East Teen Center! This month we will be showing Tim Burton's Corpse Bride (PG, 75 minutes). No registration required. For ages 12-18 only!

Teens On Laptops!

Where: Old Colorado City Library - 2418 West Pikes Peak at Old Colorado City Meeting Room

Laptops are set aside for teen use only in the Community Room. Come on down and do homework, play games, play music, or just surf! Some days we will have wii or other special activities. Brought to you by OC3, our teen advisory council.

High Prairie Chess Club

Wig Out Wednesdays - Fun with Fake Blood

Come to the East Teen Center every Wednesday during October for a different program. We will provide the supplies, including wigs to wear during the program! No registration required. Ages 12-18 only.

Afterschool Adventures

Join us afterschool for fun, crafts, games and activities! Remember, for their safety, children ages 11 and under must bring an adult or responsible caregiver who is at least 12 years old with them to the library.
