Laptop Lab

Library laptops are available for use in our downstairs meeting room. Library staff will be on hand to assist with personal projects, Microsoft Office, job applications, class work, or provide practice materials. 55+ Technology Classs: "Facebook"

With your email address and basic personal information, let us introduce you to social networking by helping you create your own personal Facebook account. Learn how to add friends,upload pictures
and tell others all about you. All this and we will also show you
how to post information safely to this site. Light refreshments will be served.

Word, Excel, or PowerPoint using "Learn on Demand"

When: Thursday, May 30, 2013 - 9:00 AM

This class instruduces patrons to "Learn on Demand", which gives free online lessons in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more. Patrons must have a library card starting with 4 and know their PIN. Patrons need to know how to use a mouse and a keyboard already. Drop-ins welcome, registration not required for this class.

Beginner Lab

Learn how to use the computer mouse and the keyboard. Or learn how to use Windows (basic functions on the computer). Drop-ins welcome, registration not required for this class.

55+ Beginning Computer Class Series

Become familiar with the parts of a computer, including the mouse, and practice simple navigation in a screen and window environment. Learn how to enter information using the keyboard. This is a 3 class series. Patron is signing up for ALL three classes when signing up for ANY of the sessions.
