Great Decisions Discussion Group--Syria's Refugee Crisis

Join us for this new discussion group. Great Decisions is the largest discussion program on America’s role in world affairs. The program, developed by the Foreign Policy Association, involves reading the Great Decisions Briefing Book and meeting in a Discussion Group to watch the DVD and discuss the most critical global issues facing America today. Each year, eight topics are chosen by a panel of experts. This year we will tackle topics including Russia and Ukraine, privacy in the digital age, sectarianism in the Middle East, and Syria. National Library Week Art Tile Mural preview

This extensive, public art project will cover over 100 feet of concrete wall just outside the west side of our building. Concrete Couch is coordinating the project. Some tiles have already been created by members of the community. Find out what the finished mural will look like and how you can be part of it all.
