Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms are available to reserve up to six months in advance and are designed to offer accommodations for educational, informational, cultural, and civic functions.
CreateSpace
The CreateSpace is available to reserve up to six months in advance for arts and crafts activities, and two months in advance for educational, informational, cultural, and civic functions.
Study Rooms
Study rooms are available to book a day in advance for up to two hours per day.

Setup:
Library staff will set up the room according to set up specified on the meeting room reservation form. Meeting Room Setups. The Venue also has a dedicated lobby space.

Ent Conference Center
Room Capacity: 20
Setup:
The Ent Conference Center is set in classroom style for 20. You may rearrange the tables and chairs for your meeting, but the room must be left in classroom style for the next meeting.

- Mondo Pad, a touchscreen computer with video conferencing capabilites
- Keyboard and mouse are available at the Business Center Desk in front of the Petritz Lab
- Can also be used as a video display for personal computer via attached HDMI or VGA cords

- Patrons need to supply table coverings or use the library-supplied table coverings to aid in protecting the tables available in the space.
- Projects may not involve products that have strong odors and fumes.
- Equipment, supplies, art work, or personal effects cannot be stored in the Library’s facilities before or after use.
- Cleaning supplies will be provided, and time should be scheduled within the reservation to allow for the reserving group to clean after their event.
- If the room is left in a state that requires further cleaning by library staff, a minimum $50 charge will be assessed. A minimum $50 fee will be charged for any damage.

Setup:
Ten folding tables and twenty-five chairs are available in this space to be configured however the reserving group would like to do upon arrival. The group utilizing the room is responsible for setting up and taking down the tables and chairs, returning them to their storage place.

Reservations:
This room requires approval for use. Its primary purpose is to provide the community with a space that can be reserved for arts and crafts related activities. Secondarily, it is available as a meeting room.
- Public groups can reserve this room up to 12 times in a 6 month time period.

Study Rooms
Study room reservations can be made for once per day for a 2 hour maximum, up to 24 hours in advance, or on site. A two hour maximum per group is allowed. You will need a valid library card and a PIN to reserve these rooms.

Setup: Boardroom setting only.

Only dry snacks and water are allowed.
