Knit One & Crochet Too
Wed., Sept. 5 and 19 from 1:30 - 3 p.m.
Bring a project to work on, and socialize with fellow knitters and crocheters! This is not a class.No registration is required.

Library Explorers @ East Makerspace
Tue., Sept. 18 and 25 from 10 a.m. - noon
Monthly program for adults with developmental disabilities. Registration is required. Call (719) 531-5333, x1371 to register and for more information.

Maker in Residence: Write with Feeling
Thu., Sept. 20 from 6 - 8 p.m.
Join us for a songwriting class with our Makers in Residence, Aja and Samir, also known as the musical group The Reminders. Learn to cultivate your own original artistic ideas through the creative use of imagery, emotion, metaphor, and personal experience. Ages 16 and up. Registration is required. To sign up, click here.

Ikebana: Japanese Floral Design
Sat., Sept. 29 from 3 - 4:30 p.m.
Learn the basics of Japanese floral design, known as Ikebana. Flowers will be provided and each participant will get to take home his or her floral creation! Ages 16 and up. Registration is required. To sign up, click here.

MAKE @ East Open Hours
Mondays: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Tuesdays: 1 - 8:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: 5 - 8:30 p.m.
Fridays: 1 - 5 p.m.
Saturdays: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
During Open Hours, MAKE @ East is available to work on your own projects while a trained PPLD staff member is present. Equipment and supplies are available on a first come basis. Ages 9 and up. Ages 9 - 11 must be accompanied by an adult. No registration is required.
