Homeschool Science Lab
The Science Lab is open the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month, 1 to 3 p.m., at East Library (Conference Room 2). Parents must stay with their children and you can use any of our equipment for your experiments. Our wonderful volunteer, Ginny, will be there to assist you. Check out the equipment list below along with our information sheet.
We would love to have you teach a lesson at one of our labs!
Please contact Cara (cramsey@ppld.org) if you're interested in teaching a lab or have other science lab questions. Hope to see you there!
Would you like to receive our email updates? Send an email to cramsey@ppld.org to be added to our email list.

Hi! Thank you for your
Hi! Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the library. At present, the Homeschool Science Lab does not have a need for additional volunteers. If you’re interested in volunteering, you can apply for other volunteer opportunities with library programs such as Study Buddies, a Teen Advisory Board, or the Summer Reading Program. You can find a teen volunteer application form at our teen webpage: http://ppld.org/teens/volunteer.

This is such a blessing to the homeschool community. Thank you for setting it up and allowing us to use it.
