East Library, Fountain Library, and Penrose Library provide assistive technology workstations with the following features:

- Track ball mouse
- Headphones and microphone
- Speakers
- Scanner
- Touch screen LCD monitor (Fountain Branch)
- IntelliSwitch system (Fountain Branch)
Software
- JAWS: Screen reader for blind and low vision users
- Magic: Screen magnifier
- Dragon NaturallySpeaking: Voice recognition program. The user can control the computer by speaking to it.
- OpenBook: Scanning/reading program. Printed material can be scanned and converted to synthesized speech.
- Zoomtext: Magnifier/reader software (Penrose and East)
